There's a sliver of sunlight left, or so it seems to me.

The condos next door continue to grow and it wouldn't be worth as much if they weren't taller than our building. I've a sliver of sunlight and I used to see an easterly star at night through my bathroom door. Now I see easterly brick and even last night's full moon escaped me. Merde. At least the building isn't right on top of us, but it exists and that's enough for me.

I just perused the J. Jill online catalogue and just because I've been exercising since last week, I imagine and assume that I am now one size smaller and I will no longer be a victim to stretch pants and sweats. I wish it was loads cooler out and that I could still bundle and cover up.

Cardio and weight training DVDs and videos are my newfound friends: Jane Fonda, Susan Powter, Kathy Smith, Pilates, Tae Bo, Yoga for Weight Loss, Hula for Weight Loss, Belly Dancing for Weight Loss, Cardio Salsa, Walking with Leslie Sansone, Callanetics. I have been inspired to warm up, build lean muscle, crunch, dip, twist, kick, sidestep, bend, lean, inhale, exhale, increase resistance, hold, release, squat, press, plie, twist to the left, twist to the right, contract my abs, to cool down, stretch, and to congratulate myself for working out today and then I'm prepared to do it again tomorrow.

Today I exercise tomorrow I won't.
