August is here and for some reason it is making me very very happy. August, adverb/ Marked by majestic dignity or grandeur...........perhaps that's why I'm happy. I've been able to appreciate this much cooler summer by reading blogs by fashionistas, designers and artists, people who love beautiful things like moi.....Some of my favorites: Frocks and Frou Frou, The Paris Apartment, Simply Beautiful, An Aesthetic's Lament, Absolutely Beautiful Things......there's more. I especially love Simply Breakfast, a woman who photographs her morning meal on a daily basis and she makes it all look so good and simple.
I am especially inspired by fellow fat girls who blog: Fatshionista, Frocks and Frou Frou, Young Fat and Fabulous, Manolo for the Big Girl, Musings of a Fatshionista, Fat Girls Like Nice Clothes Too........many post their daily outfits, their wish lists, sales and their desire to look their very very best. I am inspired, can't say that enough.

I feel like posting my own wish list: wings, I want some wings, didn't realize there were so many to choose from: bat wings, butterfly wings, angel wings, faerie wings, those ginormous Victoria Secret wings and some lovely Egyptian inspired wings..........think I'll opt for the faerie wings........for now.
